We use this information to pre-program everything for you from the system down to the user app. We will then follow up with a scheduled phone call to make sure we have covered everything in your home then we will proceed with setting up and dispatching your We Watch system.

Not at all. Every system arrives pre-configured. Just plug the hub into your home router, drop the sensors in place place, and you're protected - no tools or tech skills required and we will arrange a call to walk you through the process, it's really easy.

No pairing and no complexity. You’ll receive a link to your customized app after ordering, it is already linked to your devices and ready to use.

Each package contains your smart hub, sensors (adjusted to your home size), power adapters, setup guide, and a direct link to your custom We Watch app.

The battery-powered sensors last up to 18 months. Batteries are user-replaceable. The hub stays plugged in for continuous monitoring.

It works via Wi‑Fi for most homes. If your Wi‑Fi is unstable, we offer a cellular-backup version—stay tuned!
